1) CT 뇌 검사 결과, 환자에게는 후두부, 중뇌 주변, 양측 기저부, 실비안 시스턴 및 양측 피질 고랑에 급성 광범위 지주막하 출혈(SAH)이 있으며, 우측 전두엽 부위에 약 21×12mm 크기의 급성 소량 뇌내출혈(ICH)이 있습니다. 또한, 확장된 양측 측뇌실, 제3뇌실 및 제4뇌실에 급성 뇌실내 출혈(IVH)이 관찰됩니다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 뇌혈관조영 검사(TFCA)와 코일 색전술을 추천드립니다. 2) 뇌출혈, 협심증, 고혈압, 고지혈증, 당뇨를 가진 환자의 경우 아스피린 복용 여부는 매우 신중하게 결정해야 합니다. 특히 뇌출혈이 있는 경우 아스피린은 출혈을 악화시킬 수 있으므로 일반적으로 권장되지 않습니다. 따라서 아스피린 복용 여부는 주치의와 상의하여 결정하는 것이 좋습니다. 주치의는 환자의 전체적인 상태와 위험 요인을 종합적으로 고려하여 최적의 치료 방침을 제시할 것입니다. 만약 상처 부위 출혈이 계속된다면 아스피린 중단을 고려해야 하지만, 특별히 이상이 없다면 중단하지 않고 복용할 수도 있습니다. 그러나 이는 의사의 진료를 받아 결정해야 하는 사항입니다.
