RT 1. mild kinked appearance of rt c8 nerve root (annotated on idx 2, im 67), probably post op change otherwise no post op unusual finding 2. increased signal of lateral cord, rt(annotated on idx 2, im 46) - reactive change vs plexopathy 3. denervation changes at rotator cuff muscles (sst/ist/sc and tm), and deltoid 4. suspicious caosular inflammation at rt shoulder joint - r/o adhesive capsulitis
