외국인인데 피부가 너무 건조해요. 백발이 돋아나고 너무 타이트해요. 지난해 피부과에 갔더니 지루성피부염이라고 했는데 제 피부는 건조해요. 보통 지루성피부염은 기름진 피부에서 발생하는데요. 건조함과 백발을 위한 약을 얻고 싶어요.

I am a foreigner. I have extremely dry skin nowadays. It feels too tight and white patches everywhere. Last year I went to a dermatologist and they said I have seborrheic dermatitis but I have dry skin. Usually seborrheic dermatitis is caused in oily skin. I want to get some medicine for the dryness and white patches.
