화농성 관절염

세균 감염으로 인한 관절의 부종으로, 해당 세균은 일반적으로 혈액을 통해 관절에 도달합니다. 주로 무릎, 발목, 고관절에 증상이 나타납니다.

관절의 통증과 염증으로 나타나며 촉진 시 붉고 열감이 있는 경우가 많습니다. 발열이 있을 수 있지만 진단에 필수적인 징후는 아닙니다.

이 질환은 임상 문진 및 신체 검사를 통해 진단됩니다. 혈액검사, 관절액 및 X선 검사를 통해 진단이 완료됩니다.

치료는 항생제를 투여하여 실시합니다. 항생제는 가능하면 빨리 투여해야 하며, 장기간 투여할 경우 필요 시 외과적 수술을 통해서라도 관절에서 고름을 빼내는 것이 좋습니다.

의학적 응급처치 상황으로 간주됩니다. 적절한 조기치료를 받으면 후유증 없이 회복될 가능성이 매우 높습니다.

발목이 부음

무릎에 작열감이 있음

진통제나 항염증제(예: 파라세타몰, 이부프로펜 등)를 복용합니다.

증상이 최소화될 때까지 부분적으로 휴식을 취합니다.
